The Hunt Museum Docent programme may be for you!
Docents are museum volunteers who give a few hours of their time to the museum each week. Incoming docents take part in a training programme, attend lectures and go on field trips in exchange for volunteering their time in the museum.
Who should become a Docent? If you enjoy learning and sharing knowledge and have good communication and customer service skills, The Docent Programme may be fo you! Experienced Docents lead tours of the permanent collection and special exhibitions, deliver schools programmes and carry out research projects.
