The Hotel Management CTH Advanced Diploma is a 30 week programme and starts October 2012 from 6.30pm-9.30pm. Classes are held off Dame Street, Dublin 2.
The Advanced Diploma in Hotel Management level 7 qualification is a highly successful 30-week evening programme designed for individuals interested in learning more about the skill and practice of management. The Advanced Diploma in Hotel Management is awarded by the prestigious Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality (CTH) and Institute of Hospitality and is recognised by the Register of Regulated Qualifications (UK) to level 5 standards. This is comparable to level 7 Standard (NFQ) in Republic of Ireland or first year of a Degree.
This course will train you to the highest standards to manage all areas to keep a full-service hotel running successfully. Areas such as the front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, financial management, facilities management, marketing and sales, conferences and catering will be covered.
