The Advanced Diploma in HR Development (ICM) is a nine month programme which will commence on Thursday 09 February 2012. Classes are held on Thursday evenings from 6.30pm-9.30pm, off Dame Street, Dublin 2.
The HR Development Advanced diploma course is designed for newcomers to HR who seek to gain a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of human resource management, training and development. The structure of the programme ensures that you are able to develop both academic knowledge and practical HR management skills. The Advanced Diploma in HR Development is located on level 6 of UK (Ofqual) framework which is equivalent to level 8 of the National Framework of Qualifications (Republic of Ireland). This means you can progress to MBA or Master’s degree from this course. Many graduates have succeeded in moving to junior and senior HR roles. Students can also become associate members of CIPD as part of their ongoing personal development.

The Advanced Diploma in HR Development level 8 course is awarded by the Institute of Commercial Management, and is internationally recognised in over 120 countries worldwide, including Ireland and the UK. The international dimension to the award offers added career possibilities in companies based in Ireland and abroad as well as all the former Commonwealth countries such as Canada, South Africa and Australia. |
