This Honours Degree programme has been developed from the very successful CIOB programme and subsequent development of a one year add-on honours degree programme for Construction Management.
A key feature of the honours degree programme is the development of problem solving, creative, and leadership skills as well as further enhancing their technical and professional capability. This development is incremental through the four years of the course; students start with simple construction problems in first year and develop to undertake more complex projects that encompass an understanding of the entire development and construction process.
