Course Details

This programme is designed for Professionals who wish to develop their client practice skills. This course is suitable for practitioners of many different industries including Coaching, Counselling, Designing or Planning.

Students will learn how to: (1) deliver ethical standards, (2) identify client needs, (3) devise a client brief, (4) plan and develop client proposals, (5) negotiate and obtain client sign-off, and (6) obtain feedback and develop improvement plans.
The course is ideal for all those working directly with clients in professional practice - including architects, designers, counsellors, coaches, solicitors, or other advisors.

  • There is no exam with this course.

Accreditation

  • At the end of this course, successful learners will receive a level 4 NCFE Award certificate in Advanced Professional Client Practice. That means that it is independently accredited at a level of learning equivalent to level 4 on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) for England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
