Course Details
This is a Certificate course, which is provided by our partner, the International Academy of Travel. The course provides detailed preparation prior to commencing an Airline or Airport career. The course is divided into seven sections: general, cabin crew member, passenger service agent, basic IATA fares and ticketing, travel agent, reservation sales agent, interview preparation. The course material is of the highest quality and is recognized as such by Airlines and Travel companies worldwide. Students are required to sit a 2 and a half hour end of unit assessment at an agreed location.
Students receive a course manual, assignments, examination entry, plus tutor support. The course documentation for this IAOT course is detailed and easy to read.

Who should complete this course?

Progress to Diploma
- If you also complete the Galileo Course you will be awarded an IAOT Diploma in International Travel Industry Studies.
Assessment
6 assessments must be completed and returned.
Students are required to sit a final exam at an agreed location. The exam is a written assessment lasting 2 ½ hours. Examination entry is included in the course fee. Please contact us for details.
