CAO CODE: CR650 The Bachelor of Business in Bar Management is taught in a variety of ways with a strong focus on student centred learning. Teaching methods include formal lectures, tutorials and both individual and team project work. The course develops students‚Äô knowledge of the concepts and the processes that are essential to sound managerial practice. There is strong emphasis on acquiring practical experience in the technical areas underpinned by theoretical knowledge. Students undertake work experience in carefully selected bar, hospitality and business operations in Ireland and increasingly, there is the option of an international placement.
