The Level 7 Degree in Chemical Analysis provides a very hands-on practical skills based course which provides graduates with a broad range of highly sought-after capabilities. Industry has a current need for chemists trained in the application of modern, chemically based analytical techniques. Indeed the demand for such expertise is expected to increase. To meet this need the course produces chemists with expertise in chemical, chromatographic and spectrophotometric analytical techniques. These chemists will be capable of performing analytical techniques/process development in a quality-conscious manner while also being able to participate in the design and validation of these methods and processes.
