The range of establishments includes HotelBars, Restaurant Bars, Off-Licences, Theme Bars, Cocktail Bars, Wine Bars, Microbreweries, Nightclubs and Caf?© Bars/Pubs. These are most noticeable in the areas of business practice (marketing, finance, international work force, legislation) technology (new drink products and systems) and safety (public, health, and hygiene). These changes are well reflected in the course programme that provides the student with a challenging interesting and integrated course of study.
