The BA with Theatre and Performance is aimed at students who wish to deepen their understanding of theatre and who want to put on plays. Students will participate in weekly seminars in dramatic literature and theatre history and also in workshops in acting and production. The course introduces students to all aspects of theatre, before providing them with opportunities to develop areas of particular interest, such as acting, playwrighting, and theatre criticism. The course also places strong emphasis on the development of skills such as review writing, critical analysis and research. |
