This placement is organised with the assistance of the Hotel, Catering and Tourism Department and is an integral part of the degree programme.The Institute works in partnership with industry to ensure a structured and effective work placement programme for students. This placement enables the student to put into practice the skills acquired during their studies and also assists graduates in securing employment.
